Abstract:
A machining program generation device (10), which is for generating a machining program for cutting out a cut workpiece from a workpiece under numerical control, comprises a machining program changing unit (18) that: generates a machining shape, which indicates an area of the cut workpiece to be machined, on the basis of the product shape and the material shape of the cut workpiece; generates an interference check shape, which indicates an area through which a tool for machining the cut workpiece passes, on the basis of a machining method and the machining shape; executes interference checking for the tool and a jig, which is a fitting tool for fixing the material shape to a machine tool, on the basis of the jig shape of the jig and the interference check shape to carry out interference check determination; and changes the machining program, when the tool and the jig interfere with each other, so as to prevent the interference between the tool and the jig.
