Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a machining device and process for necking forming of an electronic cigarette tube. The machining device comprises a machining table, a top frame, a mounting plate, a necking forming assembly, a mechanical arm assembly, a material loading table and a material discharging table, wherein the top of the machining table is connected to the top frame by means of a support, and the mounting plate is arranged on the top frame; and a necking pneumatic cylinder in the necking forming assembly is arranged on the mounting plate. According to the present invention, the mechanical arm assembly is used in cooperation with a lower-die base plate to complete automatic material loading and unloading for necking, thereby achieving a high degree of automation and reducing the labor intensity of workers. By means of a rotating shaft and an upper-die fixing block that are provided, multiple necking processes can be completed in one installation process, thereby improving the production efficiency. The rotation of a pipe in the necking forming is achieved by means of the provided lower-die electric motor, thereby reducing a radial force during forming, and improving a qualified rate after necking. The pipe is subjected to chamfering by means of a grinding and chamfering process to avoid damage to a necking die, thereby extending the service life of the necking die.
