Abstract:
A machine tool (100) comprises: a cover body (80) defining and forming a machining area for machining a workpiece; a discharge unit (265) for discharging a coolant onto the workpiece; a first workpiece main spindle (110) for rotatably holding the workpiece; a tool main spindle (130) positioned in a location that is higher than the first workpiece main spindle (110), for rotatably holding a tool; and a plurality of cameras (250) disposed within the machining area. Each of the plurality of cameras (250) is disposed in a position that is higher than the first workpiece main spindle (110), and is disposed in a position that is lower than a ceiling within the machining area in such a way that a machining point of the workpiece by the tool is included in an imaging field of view of the camera.
