Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of machine tools, in particular to a machine tool for machining an aircraft blade tenon, the machine tool comprising a machine tool body, wherein a machining table and a feed box are arranged on the machine tool body. The feed box comprises a lead screw and two supporting structures for supporting the lead screw, wherein the two supporting structures are respectively arranged at two ends of the lead screw; each supporting structure comprises a bearing seat arranged on the machine tool body, and two taper bush assemblies; a cavity is formed in the bearing seat; the two taper bush assemblies are arranged opposite each other and are arranged in the bearing seat; each taper bush assembly comprises a housing and an inner body positioned inside the housing, wherein a truncated cone shaped inner chamber is formed in the inner body, a first oil chamber is formed in a side wall of the housing, and a plurality of second oil chambers are formed in a side wall of the inner cavity; and an end of the lead screw penetrates the two taper bush assemblies and extends into the cavity, and lubricating oil enters the inner chambers and the cavity by means of the first oil chamber and the second oil chambers and fills the inner chambers and the cavity. The supporting structures in the present application improve the rotation precision, thereby being suitable for a high-precision, ultraprecise machine tool which is used for machining.
