Abstract:
The present invention relates to a machine tool capable of automatic feeding and discharging, comprising a machine tool and a feeding and discharging device. A machining channel is provided in the machine tool; the feeding and discharging device comprises a machine frame and a portal frame; the machine frame is arranged on one side of the machine tool, a conveyor line is provided at the top of the machine frame, and the portal frame spans the conveyor line and is arranged on the machine frame; a lateral moving mechanism is slidably provided on the crossbeam of the portal frame, and longitudinal moving mechanisms are provided on the lateral moving mechanism; a sliding groove is further provided on the side of the crossbeam directly facing the lateral moving mechanism, a lateral driving mechanism is provided in the sliding groove, and the lateral moving mechanism can drive, by means of the lateral driving mechanism, the longitudinal moving mechanisms to extend into the machining channel of the machine tool; suction cups are mounted on the longitudinal moving mechanisms, and the suction cups are used for taking out/placing workpieces from/within the machining channel of the machine tool or the conveyor line. The present invention effectively solves the problem of dry and wet separation in feeding and discharging of a machine tool; moreover, the control is easy, and the manufacturing cost is low.
