Abstract:
The invention relates to a machine (1) for the instant preparation of at least one sauce (S) from a plurality of ingredients (A, B, C), at least one ingredient being a fat (C), the machine (1) comprising: - a support tray (2) configured to support a container (20), the container (20) being configured to receive the ingredients (A, B, C); - a rotation device (3) configured to drive a mixing member (30) for mixing the ingredients (A, B, C) in the container (5); - a fat circuit (4) configured to supply the container (20) with fat (C), the fat circuit (4) comprising a receptacle (5) for fat (C), a heating member (6) for heating the fat (C) to a predetermined temperature (T) and a device (7) for measuring out the fat (C) at a predetermined flow rate (Q).
