Abstract:
Provided is a lurbinectedin crystal form having characteristic absorption peaks at diffraction angles 2θ of 4.55 ± 0.2°, 6.16 ± 0.2°, 7.61 ± 0.2°, 9.17 ± 0.2°, 9.54 ± 0.2°, and 9.89 ± 0.2° in an X-ray powder diffraction pattern using a Cu-Kα radiation source. Also provided are novel lurbinectedin crystal forms II, III, IV, and V. The crystal forms I-V features high purity, good stability, good solubility and the like, the absence of the problems of difficulties in filtration and static electricity in the prior art, a simple preparation method, available and cost-efficient solvents, mild crystallization conditions, and suitability for industrial mass production.
