Provided is a lumber support assembly which has a simple structure and can carry out massage according to the physical condition of a passenger. A lumber support assembly with a massage function according to an embodiment is installed on a seatback frame in a vehicle seat to be movable in a vertical direction or directions toward the back and waist of a passenger, supports the back and waist of the passenger, and comprises: a support plate which supports the back and waist of the passenger and has a guide groove formed therethrough in a longitudinal direction; a rotation unit which rotates the lower end of the support plate toward the back and waist of the passenger; and a sonic vibration unit which is coupled to the rotation unit, wherein the rotation unit comprises: upper and lower plates which are installed to be movable in the longitudinal direction; a leaf spring of which the upper end portion is coupled to the upper plate in a hinged manner, the lower end portion is coupled to the lower plate in a hinged manner, and the body portion supports the support plate, the body portion having a coupling groove formed therein; and a holder which is coupled to the coupling groove through the guide groove and to which the sonic vibration unit is coupled.
