Disclosed is a low-noise door stopper, comprising a base assembly and a top seat assembly. The top seat assembly comprises: a top seat body provided therein with an assembling groove having a downward opening at one end; a pin column slidably arranged in the assembling groove, the lower end of the pin column extending out of the top seat body; an elastic structure provided in the assembling groove and configured to apply a downward acting force to the pin column; and a limiting structure provided between the pin column and the assembling groove and configured to limit a downward sliding distance of the pin column. The base assembly comprises: a base body, a first limiting part protruding upwards from the middle being provided on one side of the base body, two sides of the first limiting part being respectively a first guide surface and a second guide surface which are opposite in inclination direction; and a flexible cushion pad provided on the base body, wherein a slot capable of accommodating the lower end of the pin column is provided on the upper side of the flexible cushion pad, and a side wall of the slot is in contact with the second guide surface. Compared with the conventional magnetic door stopper, the low-noise door stopper does not produce loud noise during locking, and can be in a relatively firm and stable state after being locked.
