Abstract:
The present invention provides a low-jitter random clock generation circuit. The low-jitter random clock generation circuit is designed on the basis of the following structure: "a clock frequency division and pulse generation module + a pseudo random number generation module + a state control module + a random clock output module". On the basis of a pseudo random number generated by the pseudo random number generation module, a state control signal having the state changing along with the pseudo random number is generated in the state control module; in the random clock output module, random sampling is performed on frequency-divided clocks by means of frequency-divided pulses under the control of the state control signal changing along with the pseudo random number, and the frequency-divided clocks having experienced the random sampling are synchronously outputted by means of an input clock to obtain random clocks. The clock signals used in the two times are respectively relatively high-speed frequency-divided pulses and an input clock serving as a main clock, and the characteristics of stable duty cycle and low jitter are achieved. The low-jitter random clock generation circuit, as a whole, uses a modular structure design, can be implemented by means of an all-digital structure, and has the characteristics of zero static power consumption and high speed.
