Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2024/070158
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a long-fiber nonwoven fabric made of composite fibers comprising a first component that is a polyester resin and a second component that is a polyolefin resin, wherein the composite fiber is crimped, the number of bonding points of composite fibers per unit area on one surface of the long-fiber nonwoven fabric and the number of bonding points of composite fibers per unit area on the other surface of the long-fiber nonwoven fabric are both 20 pieces/mm2 to 60 pieces/mm2 inclusive, and the fiber density of the long-fiber nonwoven fabric is 0.010 g/cm3 to 0.050 g/cm3 inclusive. This long-fiber nonwoven fabric has excellent cushioning properties for use as a nonwoven fabric for a sanitary material used on the skin-contacting surface of the sanitary material, and has excellent flexibility on both the front and back surfaces.
