A long-distance running support-type sports shoe sole and a preparation method therefor. The sole comprises a sole body (1) and an insole (5), wherein ventilation holes (7) are formed in an outer wall of the top of the insole (5) at equal intervals, an adjustment rod (20) is fixedly connected to an inner wall of each ventilation hole (7), an outer wall of each adjustment rod (20) is connected to a ventilation plate (8) by means of a hinge, and massage blocks (18) are fixedly connected to an outer wall of the top of the ventilation plate (8) at equal intervals. The sole is further provided with air holes (27), limiting sheets (16) and a plurality of blocking sheets (25). During use of the sole body (1), the air holes (27) in the sole body (1) improve a ventilation effect of the inside of the sole body (1); and if some fine particles enter the sole body (1) through the air holes (27), then the blocking sheets (25), which are distributed in layers on the limiting sheets (16), block dust and fine particles, so as to ensure that external fine particles cannot enter the inside of the sole body (1), thereby ensuring the safety of a user during use.
