Abstract:
Disclosed are a locomotive vehicle-mounted power battery pack fireproof safety control system and method. The system comprises a power battery pack, a power battery management system master controller, a locomotive microcomputer system, and a locomotive display screen; the power battery pack is a sealed device isolated from external air; the top end of the interior of the power battery pack is provided with an inert gas injection pipe, a smoke detection unit, and a temperature measurement unit; the exterior is provided with an inert gas storage unit; the inert gas storage unit is connected to the inert gas injection pipe; the pipeline of the inert gas storage unit discharging inert gas to the power battery pack is provided with a pressure measurement unit and an inert gas injection control switch in sequence; the pressure measurement unit and the inert gas injection control switch are connected to the locomotive microcomputer system. According to the present invention, the units increased on the basis of original units has low costs, but can completely ensure safe and reliable operation of the power battery pack.
