DESCRIPTION LOCKER WITH FOLDABLE SEAT Field of the Invention The present invention relates to lockers, which are used to store equipment such as daily clothes and work clothes in manufacturing plants, production facilities, workplaces, factories, schools, educational institutions, sports centers or places such as Turkish baths and spas. In particular, the present invention relates to a locker which prevents the locker seat from occupying space and provides a functional use with the help of its foldable seat. State of the Art Lockers are industrial office equipment that are generally used in manufacturing plants, production facilities, workplaces, factories, schools, educational institutions, sports centers or places such as Turkish baths and spas for the purpose of hanging clothes and storing things safely. In particular, it is mandatory to use lockers in almost every company where there are workers. In the state of the art, locker seats are used for the user to sit during the use of the lockers. Said locker seats are manufactured as fixed in front of the locker or as benches independent of the locker. The fact that the locker seat is fixed with the locker limits the possibility of movement in the usage area. Locker seats, which are in the form of benches, which are independent of the locker, require the use of two different products, a locker and a seat. At the same time, the locker seats, which are fixed to the locker or independent, make the layout difficult in narrow and small areas of use. Therefore, a need for a locker has arisen in the state of the art that eliminates the problems created by the locker seats in the usage areas. The document numbered TR2012/10425 can be cited as an example of the state of the art in the literature research. The aforementioned document relates to a kind of locker with laundry drying and deodorizing features. In the above mentioned invention, a locker containing at least one fan that circulates the air from the outdoor environment, at least one heating resistor that extends in the continuation of the fan and heats the air passing through it, and at least one thermostat that allows the temperature of the heated air to be adjusted is mentioned. There is no locker seat in the aforementioned locker. In order for the user using the said locker to sit, a bench-shaped seat must be used independently of the locker. As a result of the aforementioned issues and the limited supply of available solutions, it became necessary to carry out an improvement in the relevant technical field. Aim of the Invention The present invention relates to a locker with foldable seat which eliminates the abovementioned disadvantages and brings new advantages to the relevant technical field. The main aim of the present invention is to create a locker that prevents the locker seat from taking up space in the space, with the help of its foldable seat. The aim of the present invention is to create a locker that eliminates the difficulties experienced in the layout in narrow and small usage areas. Another aim of the present invention is to present a locker that provides a functional use. In order to fulfill all the aims that may arise from the above-mentioned and detailed explanation, the present invention relates to a locker, which is used to store equipment such as daily clothes and work clothes in manufacturing plants, production facilities, workplaces, factories, schools, educational institutions, sports centers or places such as Turkish baths and spas and has a locker body, comprising of the following, - seat leg hinge that connects to the locker body and rotates inside the locker body, - seat hinge pin that connects the seat leg hinge to the locker body in such a way that it can rotate, - seat hinge bush, which is located on the seat hinge pin and fixes the seat hinge pin to the locker body, - seat which is connected on the seat leg hinge and which is positioned inside or outside the locker body by making a rotational movement by means of the rotational movement of the seat leg hinge. Seat Detailed Description of the Invention In this detailed description, the preferred alternatives of the inventive locker are described only for clarifying the subject matter such that no limiting effect is created. In Figure 1, the general view of the locker which is the subject of the invention is given. Accordingly, the locker in its most basic form comprises the following; a rectangular locker body (10), seat leg hinge (20), which rotates inside the locker body (10), seat hinge pin (30), which connects the seat leg hinge (20) to the locker body (10) in such a way that it can rotate, seat hinge bush (40), which fixes the seat hinge pin (30) to the locker body (10), seat (50), which is connected to the seat leg hinge (20) and positioned inside or outside the locker body (10) by making a rotational movement by the rotational movement of the seat leg hinge (20). The locker body (10), which forms the main structure of the locker that is the subject of the invention, is in the form of a rectangle and is the section in which clothes and belongings are kept. In order for said locker body (10) to be used functionally with a foldable seat (50), the "L" shaped seat leg hinge (20) seen in figures 2 and 3 is connected inside the locker body (10). The seat leg hinge (20), which rotates inside the locker body (10), enables the seat (50) connected to the same to be positioned inside or outside the locker body (10) by making a rotational movement. The seat leg hinge (20) is connected to the locker body (10) in such a way that it can rotate through the seat hinge pin (30) seen in figures 2 and 4. The seat hinge bush (40) seen in figures 2 and 5 is mounted on said seat hinge pin (30). The seat hinge bush (40) fixes the seat hinge pin (30) to the locker body (10). The use of the inventive locker is as follows; In case the user needs a seat (50) while using the locker; he/she takes the seat (50) positioned inside the locker body (10) out of the locker body (10) by rotating the same and positions the same on the floor. This movement is provided by the seat leg hinge (20) which makes a rotational movement inside the locker body (10). The user lifts the seat (50) after using the same, rotates it in the opposite direction and positions it inside the locker body (10). Thus, the seat (50) is used depending on the usage preference and it is prevented from taking up space in narrow and small usage areas.
