Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a dial lock having improved security, which is designed to prevent a crime of inferring a password by recognizing a protruding part through a gap between a lock and a dial. A dial lock according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: a lock body part; a hook-shaped latch part inserted into the upper side surface of the lock body part; a plurality of dial parts inserted around and installed at one side of the latch part; and a gear part, which has one long protrusion and a plurality of short protrusions formed on the outer side thereof and a latch opening prevention threshold and a latch protrusion groove formed on the inner side thereof, and is disposed in the dial parts and rotated while being engaged with the dial parts, wherein the length of the short protrusions formed on the outer side of the gear part is the same as that of the long protrusion.
