Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a lock that can be retrofitted to a facility etc. of a place where communication means and/or power supply is limited, and that can be controlled in accordance with a reservation; and a control system for the lock. [Solution] A lock 3 of the present invention comprises: a lock device 4 that can switch between a locked state and an unlocked state; a reading device 5 that can read a two-dimensional code B including reservation information that enables the lock device 4 to be unlocked in a reservation period that has been reserved by a user; and a control device 6 that can control the lock device 4 and the reading device 5, and is electrically connected to the lock device 4 and the reading device 5. The control device 6 includes: a timer unit 64 that can clock the current time; an identification unit 615 that can identify, without communicating with the outside, whether the current time clocked by the timer 64 corresponds to the reservation time period recorded in the reservation information included in the two-dimensional code B read by the reading device 5; and an unlock instruction unit 616 that can instruct the lock device 4 to be unlocked when the current time corresponds to the reservation time period.
