Abstract:
A load-bearing self-deflection hook, comprising a mounting cylinder, a mounting hook (3) and a deflection shaft (4), wherein an upper end of the mounting cylinder is fixedly connected to a carrier rail; the deflection shaft (4) is coaxially arranged in the mounting cylinder; the mounting hook (3) comprises a hook (31), a deflection cylinder (32) and a connection member (7); the deflection cylinder (32) is sleeved on the deflection shaft (4); a spring (9) is sleeved on the deflection shaft (4) below the deflection cylinder (32); the hook (31) is located on the outer side of the mounting cylinder; the connection member (7) passes through a deflection notch in a side wall of the mounting cylinder to fixedly connect the hook (31) to the deflection cylinder (32); upper end surfaces and lower end surfaces of the deflection notch and the connection member (7) are all obliquely arranged as annular sections; and when a load is additionally applied to the hook (31), the deflection cylinder (32) can compress the spring (9) and rotate downwards along the annular sections, so that a relative deflection is generated between the mounting hook (3) and the mounting cylinder fixedly connected to the carrier rail. The disclosed hook automatically deflects due to the self-weight of garments; the deflection angle is 45°, and in view of a fixed density on a drying carrier line, while the garment drying efficiency is ensured, the space utilization rate of a dryer can be ensured.
