Abstract:
A load balancing control method and a power battery module balancing device (100), relating to the technical field of power battery module balancing devices. The load balancing control method comprises: when a power battery module is being charged, using a plurality of small-capacity power supply modules for combination, wherein a unified charging control signal is used for the power supply modules to achieve load balancing of the power battery module; and when the power battery module is being discharged, adjusting a discharge current by using a two-stage discharge strategy, and forming a plurality of discharge channels, wherein a unified discharge control signal is used for the plurality of discharge channels so that the discharge channels have a consistent discharge current. According to the load balancing control method, loads of the power supply modules in the power battery module can be reasonably balanced, balanced distribution of currents on the power supply modules is achieved, and balanced load distribution can maximize the working efficiency of the power battery modules; moreover, the safety of a power battery system is improved and the service life of the power battery module balancing device is prolonged.
