Abstract:
A liquid-cooling heat dissipation module embedded with a three-dimensional vapor chamber element, the module comprising a three-dimensional vapor chamber element and a semi-open shell, wherein the three-dimensional vapor chamber element comprises an upper cover, a lower cover and a porous capillary structure; the upper cover comprises a base plate and a tube body, and the base plate is provided with a base plate cavity, an opening, an upper outer surface and an upper inner surface; the tube body is provided with a top end, a tube body cavity and a tube body inner surface; the tube body is arranged on the upper outer surface and is located above the opening and protrudes outward from the upper outer surface; the top end is provided with a sprue sealing structure, and the lower cover is provided with a lower inner surface and a lower outer surface; when the upper cover is joined to the lower cover, the tube body cavity and the base plate cavity form a closed vapor chamber, and a porous capillary structure is continuously arranged on the tube body inner surface, the upper inner surface and the lower inner surface; and the semi-open shell is provided with an input port and an output port and is coupled to the lower cover to form a heat exchange cavity, and the input port and the output port are in communication with the heat exchange cavity. Therefore, the present invention can overcome the defects of existing technology, thereby effectively improving the heat dissipation efficiency and better improving the heat conduction efficiency.
