Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a liquid-cooled cable, comprising a sheath, at least one positive electrode conductor core, at least one negative electrode conductor core, and a first liquid-cooled pipe and a second liquid-cooled pipe arranged side by side, the at least one positive electrode conductor core, the at least one negative electrode conductor core, the first liquid-cooled pipe and the second liquid-cooled pipe being arranged in the sheath, the positive electrode conductor core comprising a positive electrode conductor and a positive electrode insulation layer, the positive electrode insulation layer being arranged outside the positive electrode conductor in a wrapping manner, the negative electrode conductor core comprising a negative electrode conductor and a negative electrode insulation layer, and the negative electrode insulation layer being arranged outside the negative electrode conductor in a wrapping manner. The outer wall of the positive electrode insulation layer is wrapped by heat-conducting aluminum foil, and/or the outer wall of the negative electrode insulation layer is wrapped by heat-conducting aluminum foil. The liquid-cooled cable of the present invention well solves the cable heat dissipation problem, and has a simple structure and good practicability.
