Abstract:
A lipid compound and a preparation method therefor, and a use thereof. The lipid compound is safe, efficient and ionizable, and the structure of the lipid compound is divided into a hydrophilic amino group, a linking group, and a hydrophobic alkyl group. The preparation method of the lipid compound is simple, green and efficient. The lipid compound can be widely used in preparation of a drug carrier.
