Abstract:
A linear conveyance system (1) comprises: a plurality of stator modules (2) forming a conveyance path; and movable elements (3) having a plurality of magnets disposed on both side surfaces. The plurality of stator modules (2) include one-side stator modules (21) each disposed on one side of a non-branching portion of the conveyance path, and both-side stator modules (22) each disposed on both sides of a branching portion of the conveyance path. The one-side stator modules (21) and the both-side stator modules (22) each have an iron core and a plurality of coils. The movable elements (3) are propelled by electromagnetic force from the plurality of coils. The both-side stator modules (22) each have two stator modules. The coil amount of the one-side stator modules (21) disposed on the non-branching portion of the conveyance path, and the coil amount of the both-side stator modules (22) disposed on the branching portion of the conveyance path are the same.
