Abstract:
A light, thin and shock-resistant graphene glove and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises: step 1, preparing a mixed solution of graphene, silicon dioxide and an auxiliary agent; step 2, adding water to the mixed solution to dilute same, adding a modifier thereto, stirring and mixing same until uniform, adding chemical short fibers thereto, and continuing to stir same until uniform to obtain a non-Newtonian fluid mixed solution; step 3, drying the non-Newtonian fluid mixed solution to obtain an elastomer; step 4, placing the elastomer in a mold, and cutting same to a five-finger glove shape, so as to obtain a light, thin and shock-resistant piece; and step 5, weaving a glove blank from chemical fiber filaments, and sewing the light, thin and shock-resistant piece at the corresponding position of the glove blank, so as to obtain a light, thin and shock-resistant graphene glove. The obtained glove has a good shock-resistant effect, is comfortable to wear and can better protect the hand from being impacted by an external force.
