Abstract:
Provided is a light-emitting device which has excellent reliability while dealing with the high integration of a light source. This light-emitting device has light source units, a relay member, and a press-contact terminal. The light source units each have: a light source substrate extending in a first direction; a plurality of light sources arrayed on the light source substrate in the first direction; and first terminals respectively connected to the plurality of light sources. The relay member has a plurality of second terminals which face the plurality of light source units in a second direction crossing the first direction, and which are electrically connected to the first terminals of the plurality of light source units, respectively. The press-contact terminal is in pressure-contact with at least one among the first terminal and the second terminal by means of a mechanical biasing force and electrically connect the first terminal and the second terminal.
