Abstract:
A light-detecting device is disclosed. The disclosed light-detecting device comprises: a light detector which receives light incident from the outside and outputs an electrical signal; a reference light source which radiates the same amount of light to the light detector at predetermined intervals; and a limit determination unit which, when the reference light source radiates light, measures a current-voltage characteristic value of the light detector and predicts the lifespan or failure of the light detector on the basis of changes in the measured current-voltage characteristic value over time.
