The present invention relates to a lifting worktable, comprising a tabletop and a base. A lifting arm assembly is disposed between the tabletop and the base, the lifting arm component comprising at least one first lifting arm and at least one second lifting arm; the first lifting arm and the second lifting arm are hinged together in an X shape. The upper end of the first lifting arm is hinged to the bottom part of the tabletop, and the lower end of the first lifting arm is provided with a first cross bar, both ends of the first cross bar being slidably connected to the base; the lower end of the second lifting arm is hinged to the base, and the upper end of the second lifting arm is provided with a second cross bar, both ends of the second cross bar being slidably connected to the tabletop; a gas spring is provided between the first lifting arm and the second lifting arm. The lifting worktable provided in the present invention has the following advantages: the structure is simple; little material is used; the size after folding is small; stepless height adjustment can be achieved; usability is good; the design is ergonomic; the worktable is suitable for the office and for study; and usage is convenient and effort-saving.
