Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of lifting desks suitable for personal computers, and in particular to a lifting structure based on ergonomic optimization, adjustment and assistance, comprising a desk board, a base, X-type cross arms, and a gas spring. Each X-type cross arm comprises a first-direction arm and a second-direction arm; the gas spring has one end rotating around a second rotating shaft fixed relative to the first-direction arm and the other end rotating around a third rotating shaft fixed relative to the second-direction arm; and three rotating shafts are arranged in parallel. According to the structure, at a reference height, and within a plane where the axis of the gas spring is located and perpendicular to the rotating shafts, the axis of the gas spring is tangent to a circle centered on a first rotating shaft and having a set radius, and a tangent point is located on the second rotating shaft. The present invention provides the lifting structure that a mounting position of the gas spring is determined, so that the gas spring exerts an optimal effect. The present invention further sets forth a method for mounting the lifting structure based on ergonomic optimization, adjustment and assistance, and the method has the same technical effect.
