Abstract:
[Problem] To provide leggings that are capable of improving athletic ability by supporting the wearer's muscles. [Solution] Leggings 100 according to the present invention comprise a leggings body portion 10 that covers the legs, wherein the leggings body portion 10 has formed thereon: a first leggings pattern portion 21 that is positioned at a location which is along a portion of the iliotibial band (81); a second leggings pattern portion 22 that is positioned in a region which is on the upper side of the knee (91) at the base side of the vastus medialis muscle (82); a third leggings pattern portion 23 that is positioned in a region which is on the upper side of the knee (91) at the base side of the vastus lateralis muscle (83); and a fourth leggings pattern portion 24 that is positioned at a location which is along a portion of the biceps femoris.
