Abstract:
The present invention relates to leather fibers for leather-spun yarns, which are included in the leather-spun yarns formed of leather fibers and natural fibers and/or regenerated fibers, wherein the leather fibers have an average length of 15 mm or longer, with the fibers longer than 15 mm amounting to a content of 40% or more, whereby an improvement is brought about in the physical properties of the leather-spun yarns comprising leather fibers that have improved length, thickness, strength, fineness, etc., compared to conventional leather fibers.
