Abstract:
A laser-welded door frame, which is formed by means of continuous rolling from a sheet composed of a first sheet portion (100), a vehicle door outer side sheet portion (200), a second sheet portion (300) and a support sheet portion (400), wherein an inner side surface of the first sheet portion (100) overlaps with an inner side surface of the second sheet portion (300); the support sheet portion (400) is bent to form a support pocket portion; the support sheet portion (400) is provided with an extension section (500); an inner side surface of the extension section (500) overlaps with the inner side surface of the second sheet portion (300); and a laser-welding connection structure is provided between the extension section (500), the first sheet portion (100) and the second sheet portion (300).
