Abstract:
A laser light source device on the basis of a micro-optic Mach-Zehnder interferometer according to the present invention comprises: a coupler receiving an input of pump light and coupling same to an optical fiber; a collimator collimating and outputting the pump light provided via the optical fiber, focusing the returned light, and returning same to the optical fiber; a front mirror and a rear mirror provided to be opposite an emission surface of the collimated pump light output by the collimator; a laser medium located between the front mirror and the collimator, generating light by receiving an input of the collimated pump light output by the collimator, and returning the light to the collimator; and a laser output mirror located between the collimator and the coupler to output the light returned to the optical fiber. The collimator, the front mirror, and the rear mirror form a micro-optic Mach-Zehnder interferometer to induce a light path difference with respect to the light generated by means of the laser gain medium. The incidence of light having an induced light path difference is provided to the collimator and filtered.
