Abstract:
A laser cleaning apparatus for cleaning the inner wall of an oil pipeline, the apparatus comprising a pipeline (1), a traveling structure (2), a driving structure (3), a cleaning structure (4), a dust removal structure (5), and a supporting housing (6). The driving structure (3) is provided in the inner cavity of the supporting housing (6); the traveling structure (2) is connected to one end of the driving structure (3); the traveling structure (2) and the supporting housing (6) are both in contact with the inner side wall of the pipeline (1), so as to enable the driving structure (3) to drive the traveling structure (2) to move on the inner side of the pipeline (1); the driving structure (3) is connected to the cleaning structure (4), so as to enable the driving structure (3) to drive the cleaning structure (4) to rotate and clean the inner side wall of the pipeline (1); the dust removal structure (5) is provided on the pipeline (1); and the traveling structure (2) comprises a transmission shaft (20), a rotating shaft core (21), a plurality of traveling wheel flaps (22), a plurality of supporting rods (23), a sleeve (25), a plurality of wheel diameter adjusting claws (26), threaded rods (27), and an adjusting nut (28).
