Provided in the present invention is a strain of Lactobacillus having a memory-enhancing capacity, which can be used for preparing functional foods, health care products and drugs for improving the memory capacity of healthy individuals and ameliorating memory impairment. Further provided are fermented foods prepared by means of fermentation with the strain of Lactobacillus, wherein the fermented foods comprise solid foods, liquid foods and semi-solid foods.
