Abstract:
A knife (10) provided with a blade portion (20) which includes a blade body (22) and a tang (32) formed at an end side of the blade body (22), and a handle portion (40) to which the blade portion (20) is fixed and which includes a through hole (48) in the lengthwise direction into which the tang (32) is inserted, the knife (10) being characterized by being additionally provided with a coupling member (70) which is inserted into the through hole (48) of the handle portion (40) and extends in the lengthwise direction, and a first fixing member (60) which, via the coupling member (70), fixes together the blade portion (20) and the handle portion (40) at an end of the handle portion (40).
