A kettle stopper structure and a kettle. The kettle stopper structure comprises a control member, a sealing cover, and a bottle stopper base; a cavity structure is provided on the bottle stopper base; a water outlet channel, a mounting cavity, and notch structures located on two sides of the mounting cavity are formed in the cavity structure; pressing assemblies are mounted on the notch structures; the control member is provided with a drive member mounted in the mounting cavity and an outer knob exposed on the outer side of the bottle stopper base; the outer knob is transmittingly connected to the sealing cover by means of the drive member and is used for opening or closing the water outlet channel; each pressing assembly comprises a button, an elastic member, and a latch bolt transmittingly connected to the button; each notch structure comprises a first through slot and a first notch; one end of the latch bolt extends out of the first through slot, and the other end of the latch bolt is located in the mounting cavity; the button is mounted in the first notch; one end of the elastic member abuts against the button and/or the latch bolt, and the other end of the elastic member abuts against the bottle stopper base.
