Abstract:
The present invention relates to a juice extractor. The juice extractor according to the present invention comprises: a housing having an open top so as to have a feeding hole through which ingredients are fed; a screw which is inserted into the housing through the feeding hole of the housing, and which compresses and crushes the ingredients between the screw and the housing by means of rotation; a crushing and catching part, which extends and protrudes from the inner wall surface of the housing in the direction intersecting with the rotational direction of the screw, so that the ingredients can be caught while the screw rotates; and an operation part allowing the crushing and catching part to be inserted/separated into/from a movement path for attachment/detachment of the screw.
