Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a jig for post-processing of a customized implant for orthopedic surgery, capable of being firmly fixed without any surface damage for post-processing, after fabrication of a customized metal implant for artificial hip joint surgery by using a 3D printer; and a method for manufacturing same. That is, the present invention is to provide a jig for post-processing of a customized implant for orthopedic surgery and a method for manufacturing same, in which the jig comprises: an inner jig that is 3D-printed using a polymer resin material in a shape for compressing and fixing a customized metal implant; and an outer jig made of metal for pressing and supporting the inner jig in a direction in which the customized metal implant is compressed, and thus post-processing can be easily implemented by firmly fixing, without any surface damage, a customized metal implant, which is fabricated by a 3D printer according to the shape and degree of damage of the hip joint of a patient.
