Abstract:
The present invention relates to a jacking-type stone slab multi-wire cutting machine having four columns and four guide wheels. The cutting machine comprises a machine platform and a frame. The frame is provided with a cutting assembly, and the machine platform is provided with a jacking mechanism. The cutting assembly comprises a diamond wire, a first take-up and pay-off mechanism, a second take-up and pay-off mechanism, a first main guide wheel, a second main guide wheel, a third main guide wheel, a fourth main guide wheel, and a guide wheel drive mechanism. The four main guide wheels extend horizontally and are arranged longitudinally, and two axial ends of each main guide wheel are rotatably connected to the frame. One end of the diamond wire is released from the first take-up and pay-off mechanism, and is led in from the first main guide wheel, repeatedly wound around the four main guide wheels in a sequence of the first main guide wheel, the second main guide wheel, the third main guide wheel and the fourth main guide wheel, and finally led out from the second main guide wheel, so that the diamond wire forms a first cutting mesh between the bottom of the third main guide wheel and the bottom of the fourth main guide wheel. The present invention aims to solve the problems of insufficient stability of the cutting machine when cutting large stone slabs, easy breakage of the diamond wire, and water vapor affecting the take-up and pay-off mechanisms.
