Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of antistatic materials, in particular to an ionic antistatic polyethylene graft and a preparation method therefor. The ionic antistatic polyethylene graft is mainly prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 80 to 100 parts of a polyethylene resin, 0.01 to 0.08 parts of an initiator and 0.1 to 2 parts of an ionic liquid, wherein the ionic liquid contains an unsaturated double bond. By means of the present disclosure, an ionic liquid containing an unsaturated double bond, and a polyethylene resin are subjected to molecular chain dehydrogenation under the action of an initiator to generate macromolecular free radicals, such that the ionic liquid containing an unsaturated double bond is grafted onto a polyethylene chain. The obtained ionic antistatic polyethylene graft has the advantages of uniform performance, strong dispersity, etc., and the antistatic performance is continuous and stable.
