Abstract:
Provided is an ion source cleaning tool which can be inserted into an ion source to clean a conical body of an ion source. The ion source cleaning tool comprises a moving plate, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod and a wiping part. The first connecting rod is rotatably and cooperatively connected to the moving plate, the second connecting rod is rotatably and cooperatively connected to the first connecting rod, and the wiping part is mounted on the second connecting rod. The moving plate is rotatable and translatable. A first elastic part is arranged between the first connecting rod and the moving plate, and a second elastic part is arranged between the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod. The cleaning tool provided by the present invention can be utilized to directly clean a liquid chromatography ion source. There is no need to detach and manually scrub the liquid chromatography ion source, thereby reducing the solvent pollution and improving the cleaning efficiency.
