Abstract:
An IO loopback test method for a motor train unit power train. The test method comprises: on the basis of a loopback test apparatus, performing a DO device test of a motor train unit power train and a DI device test of the motor train unit power train, wherein the loopback test apparatus comprises an apparatus switch, a PC, an Ethernet bus interface, a CPU, a switch A, a switch B, a signal collection module and a current adjustable module. By means of the test method, an IO test of the motor train unit power train is performed by using an IO loopback test apparatus, and an IO test of a motor train unit before leaving a factory is completed, thereby solving the problem in the prior art whereby two real motor train unit power trains are double-headed to perform an IO test, which results in tedious and inflexible operations and tends to cause a waste of unnecessary manpower and material costs.
