Abstract:
Disclosed is an intumescent fireproof coating for a flammable substrate surface and a preparation method therefor. The fireproof coating comprises in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of a polyester resin, 25-60 parts of ammonium polyphosphate, 25-60 parts of aluminum trihydrate, 15-25 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 5-20 parts of phosphorus flame retardant, 15-30 parts of quartz powder, 5-8 parts of a water reducing agent, 2-8 parts of a dispersant, 4-15 parts of an adhesive and 160-200 parts of water. The preparation method for the fireproof coating comprises the following steps: mixing the ammonium polyphosphate, the aluminum trihydrate and the water reducing agent, adding half of the water, and blending and mixing to homogeneity to form a viscous pre-emulsion; mixing the heavy calcium carbonate, the quartz powder and the phosphorus flame retardant, adding the remaining water and mixing the resulting mass, then blending the mass in a magnetic blender to homogeneity, drying and grinding the mass into powder; and adding the powder obtained into the pre-emulsion, adding the polyester resin, the dispersant and the adhesive, and blending to homogeneity to obtain the fireproof coating.
