Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of cooling and lubricating of turning machining of curved surface components. Disclosed are an internal cooling system for precision turning machining and a control method. The internal cooling system comprises a hydraulic loop, an internal cooling turning tool, and an electromagnetic control system; internal cooling channels are machined inside the turning tool, and the communication between hydraulic branch loops and the internal cooling channels of the turning tool is implemented by using internal cooling sleeves; a tool cutting contact area calculation model is established, and a cutting contact state change rule in a global turning process of a curved surface component is mastered; the temperature and flow of a cooling medium of a liquid outlet of an air-cooled water chiller are set according to the material properties and cutting conditions of the curved surface component; and the on-off of an electromagnetic reversing valve is controlled by using an electromagnetic control loop, so as to adjust a conduction sequence and an action time of each hydraulic branch loop, thereby implementing localized and directional accurate cooling of a cutting tool of the curved surface component. The internal cooling system of the present invention has the capability of differential cooling of different cutting contact areas, the use efficiency of the cooling medium is improved, and the tool wear in the turning process of the curved surface component is effectively reduced.
