The interaction method (20) comprises: receiving control data about extended reality content, the control data comprising first inertial measurement data in the current environment (S22); generating second inertial measurement data in the current environment (S24); and, on the basis of the first inertial measurement data and the second inertial measurement data, generating control rays for interacting with the extended reality content (S26).
