Abstract:
The present invention relates to an intelligent precision-adjustment vehicle and a precision-adjustment method. A precision-adjustment vehicle body internally comprises a frame assembly, wherein a transverse movement support is installed at the bottom of the frame assembly, and the transverse movement support has a rectangular structure; and a three-dimensional coordinate system is established by taking the center of the transverse movement support as an original point, taking a long-edge direction as an X-axis, taking a short-edge direction as a Y-axis and taking as a Z-axis a direction perpendicular to the transverse movement support. Two variable-span structures are installed at each side wall of the frame assembly located in the X-axis direction, and the variable-span structures are close to short edges of the frame assembly that are adjacent thereto; and a wheel set structure is arranged on one side of each variable-span structure, and the wheel set structure is located on the side of the variable-span structure facing the outside. A grabbing plate mechanism is also installed on the frame assembly between each group of variable-span structures, and a grabbing space for clamping a ballast bed slab is formed in the grabbing plate mechanism. A vertical precision-adjustment structure is arranged between the grabbing plate mechanisms on the same side in the X-axis direction, and transverse precision-adjustment structures are arranged at the head and tail of the precision-adjustment vehicle body in the Y-axis direction. The present invention improves the slab laying precision by means of automation control force, and also saves on manpower resources.
