An intelligent mattress (10), an intelligent detection circuit, and an intelligent lamp control system. The intelligent mattress (10) comprises: a self capacitive flexible sensor (110), which comprises a conductive electrode layer (111). When the distance between the conductive electrode layer (111) and a human body reaches a preset distance, the conductive electrode layer (111) forms a grounding capacitor with the human body, and outputs a capacitance signal.
