Abstract:

Disclosed in the present invention is an intelligent edge-spinning machine, which comprises a guide rail (1), wherein, a head swing device (15) is arranged on the guide rail (1), a connecting seat (17) is arranged on the head swing device (15), a guide rack (9) is arranged on the connecting seat(17) and is internally equipped with a pinch roller transmission mechanism (8) capable of moving along the guide rack (9), and a first pinch roller (12), a second pinch roller (13) and a pinch roller drive motor (10) are mounted on the pinch roller transmission mechanism (8). A photoelectric switch is arranged on the pinch roller transmission (8) through a connector and consists of a photoelectric switch transmitter (6) and a photoelectric switch receiver (7), a light beam (5) is generated between the photoelectric switch transmitter (6) and the photoelectric switch receiver (7) when the photoelectric switch is working, and the photoelectric switch is arranged on one side of the first pinch roller (12) and the second pinch roller (13) to enable a part where a workpiece(11) is bent between the first pinch roller (12) and the second pinch roller (13) to touch the light beam (5). The edge of the workpiece is copied by a pair of emission type photoelectric switches without using the existing mechanical copying rod of the edge-spinning machine, and the machine head is driven to rotate by the closing of the pair of the photoelectric switch.
