Abstract:
An intelligent disinfection and harmless treatment crusher for medical waste. The crusher comprises a housing (1), the interior of which is divided into, from top to bottom, a feeding bin (2), a crushing bin (3) and a discharging bin (4). The upper end and the lower end of the feeding bin (2) are provided with openings, a cover plate (21) movably covers the opening of the upper end, an ultraviolet ozone lamp tube (22) is arranged inside the feeding bin, and the opening of the lower end is in communication with the top of the crushing bin (3); a crushing rotor (31) and a screen (32) located below the crushing rotor (31) are arranged inside the crushing bin (3), the crushing rotor (31) is driven to rotate by a motor (33), the lower end of the crushing bin (3) is in communication with the top of the discharging bin (4), and a baffle plate (34) movably seals the position where the crushing bin is in communication with the discharging bin; and a movable collecting tank (41) is provided inside the discharging bin (4) located below the baffle plate (34), and the discharging bin (4) is provided with a fetching port from which the collecting tank (41) can be pulled out. The crusher can be used for performing disinfection, crushing and bagging treatment on bagged hospital solid waste, thereby being conducive to treatments of subsequent transportation, landfill, incineration, etc.
