Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks. Disclosed are an intelligent cutting machine and an automatic steel wire replacing method. The cutting machine of the present invention comprises: a cutting device used for cutting a green body to be cut; and an automatic steel wire replacing device that is used for replacing steel wires used by the cutting device and comprises a steel wire storage assembly, a steel wire clamping jaw assembly and a conveying assembly, wherein a plurality of steel wire storage stations are arranged on the steel wire storage assembly and used for storing steel wires to be installed; the conveying assembly is used for sequentially conveying the steel wires stored in the steel wire storage assembly to a pick and place station; the steel wire clamping jaw assembly is used for installing the steel wires on the pick and place station to the cutting machine, and/or removing the steel wires on the cutting machine and put the steel wires back into the steel wire storage assembly. The present invention can efficiently complete automatic replacement of steel wires, and can implement automatic feeding of the steel wires.
