Abstract:
The invention discloses a walking device and a construction method for intelligent control of electric hoist mobile hanging basket, and the device comprises a track beam (1), the track beam (1) is provided with a hanging basket device, the hanging basket device comprises a front fulcrum (5) and a back fulcrum (11), the front end of the track beam (1) is provided with a tension seat (9), the tension seat (9) and the rhombus truss is arranged between the electric hoist chain (6); and the method includes: 1) loosen the lifting point and sling of each part of the hanging basket device; 2) use a jack to support the rhombus truss, install an electric hoist chain (6) between the front end of the track beam (1) and the steel ring on the anchoring bolt of concrete that has been poured, and drag the track beam (1) to move forward synchronously; 3) loosen the front fulcrum jack, sit the front fulcrum (5) on the track beam (1), and slowly move forward synchronously by controlling the electric hoist to drag the hanging basket device. The invention provides a walking device and construction method for operating and hanging basket, which has the advantages of stable movement, labor saving, short time, high efficiency, low cost, safe and reliable use, intelligent control of electric hoist moving and hanging basket.
